Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be informed at least 48 hours before departure. A USD 100 cancellation fee applies; the remaining balance is refunded.

Currently, fixed-wing flights to Lukla operate from Manthali Airport, a 4-hour drive from Kathmandu, due to maintenance at Tribhuvan International Airport. The road condition and limited accommodation in Manthali make the drive challenging, and flights are often delayed or canceled due to weather. Flying by helicopter eliminates these inconveniences, ensuring you arrive at Lukla on time.
