This itinerary is made as the starting day: direct flight from kathmandu to Lukla and end day: returning from Lukla to Kathmandu.
For a specific month, you plan to travel from Kathmandu to Ramechhap and catch a morning flight to Lukla. If you opt for the early morning flight, our company will arrange to pick you up from Kathmandu at 1 am and transport you to Ramechhap by 5 am. The overall travel time is estimated to be around 4-5 hours, including a short 15-20 minute flight to reach Lukla Airport.
Preparation in Kathmandu:
Start your day early in Kathmandu, the bustling capital of Nepal. Double-check all your trekking gear and ensure you have everything you need for the day's adventure.
Head to Tribhuvan International Airport and proceed to the domestic terminal for your flight to Lukla. A private vehicle is provided by Everest Base Camp Treks and Tours to pick you from your hotel to Airport assisted by a representative.
Flight Experience:
The flight to Lukla is an exhilarating experience, providing an aerial view of the Himalayas. Always have your camera ready to capture the stunning scenery. The flight takes approximately 30 minutes, during which you'll witness breathtaking mountain scenery.
Landing at Tenzing-Hillary Airport, Lukla:

Orientation and Meeting the Trekking Team:

Trek from Lukla to Phakding (2610 meters: 3-4 hours):

Hike to Everest View Hotel:

Boarding process

I got the most amazing trekking experience in just 5 days. Namche Bazaar is the most wonderful market I have seen and the beauty of Khumbu region is absolutely amazing. I was surprised to find so many varieties of western food even at such altitude which even tasted better. The trek was easy and fun and guide Pasang was great. I am eagerly waiting for another trek.

I just returned from Namche Bazaar Trek and it was very wonderful experience. The people were very friendly and hospitable and the market offered every variety of goods. The streets were full of colorful markets with plenty of shopping options. The view from Everest view hotel was the best part of the trek and the services of the company was very good.
